LICENSING / WORKING TERMS

RIGHTS, MADE LEGIBLE.

Every acquisition comes with a plain-language licence. Final production wording remains subject to Czech legal review.

IDENTIFIER MODEL

Each purchase keeps an immutable legal record.

The licence type, accepted legal-text version, numbered edition and certificate are stored as separate identifiers. A later wording change receives a new semantic version; an existing order is never silently migrated.

Every tier incorporates common terms KS-LIC-COMMON-v1.0.0. Checkout remains disabled until the final reviewed documents and their SHA-256 snapshots can be bound to each order.

Personal / Collector — €19

Licensed to one natural person for private display, screens and limited non-commercial sharing.

Permitted

  • Private storage on owned devices and one private backup.
  • Personal wallpaper and screen display.
  • Up to three physical prints for private, non-commercial display.
  • One flattened social-media derivative, no more than 2000 px on the long edge, on a personal non-commercial profile with reasonable attribution.

Tier boundaries

  • No business, professional, client, advertising or monetized use.
  • No fundraising, merchandise, product packaging or sale of prints.
  • No use by a company, organization, employer or commercial social profile.
02 / C-001/025–C-025/025

Commercial — €59

Licensed to one person or legal entity for its own brand, or one end-client project named in the certificate.

  • Company websites, social channels, newsletters and presentations.
  • Organic and paid advertising.
  • Editorial, campaign, event, album or podcast artwork.

  • Up to 5,000 physical End Product units per Asset.

Tier boundaries

  • No multiple unrelated clients or unrelated product lines.
  • No application or game embedding, film or television distribution.
  • No source or template distribution and no more than 5,000 physical units.
03 / X-001/005–X-005/005

Extended commercial — €179

Licensed to one legal entity and its owned brands, or one end client named in the certificate.

Permitted

  • Every use included in the Commercial licence.
  • Multiple campaigns and product lines of the same licensee.
  • Applications and games as a non-extractable visual element.
  • Film, video, streaming, broadcast, stage and event media.
  • Up to 50,000 physical End Product units per Asset, with no digital-audience or advertising-impression cap.

Tier boundaries

  • Non-exclusive: copyright and exclusivity are not transferred.
  • No multiple unrelated agency clients or more than one named end client.
  • More than 50,000 physical units require a signed Custom Licence.
COMMON TERMS / EVERY TIER

Prohibited uses

These restrictions apply to Personal, Commercial and Extended Commercial licences.

  1. PU-01Selling, gifting, sharing or redistributing the Master or a substantially equivalent standalone file.
  2. PU-02Uploading the Asset as stock, a template, source file, wallpaper pack, media library or standalone download.
  3. PU-03Supplying layered or editable files, or otherwise allowing extraction of the Asset from an End Product.
  4. PU-04Logo, trademark, service-mark, business-identifier or registered-design use.
  5. PU-05NFT minting, tokenization or blockchain-collectible use.
  6. PU-06AI or ML training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, dataset creation or model building.
  7. PU-07False authorship, exclusive ownership, guaranteed uniqueness or endorsement claims.
  8. PU-08Unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or rights-infringing use.
  9. PU-09Identifying a depicted fictional person as a real person.
  10. PU-10Removing or falsifying certificate provenance, edition, hash, buyer or transaction data.
  11. PU-11Sharing the licence across affiliates, clients or third parties not expressly named or permitted.
  12. PU-12Exceeding the client, campaign, product-line, audience or physical-unit limits of the purchased tier.
CUSTOM / SIGNED AGREEMENT

1/1 contractual exclusivity

The work is removed from future sale and will not be sold again by the operator. This is contractual exclusivity, not an automatic transfer of copyright.

VERSIONING

Rights stay attached to the order.

The exact licence ID, common-terms ID, edition ID, certificate ID and accepted-document hash remain attached to the completed order. Invoices, certificates, admin records and payment webhooks must use those immutable identifiers.
